Community Energy Conservation (CEC) Program Funding Expression of Interest

The Community Energy Conservation (CEC) program will provide financial rebates to municipalities to help identify energy-saving opportunities and implement retrofit projects in municipally-owned facilities. Building on the success of the Recreation Energy Conservation (REC) program, this program will help facilities improve productivity, save energy, and save money.

Please review the CEC program page and complete the following Expression of Interest form as a first step to participating in the CEC program. Submitting the Expression of Interest is a quick, non-committal process that will help determine if your project is eligible.

Once you have completed the form, please select “Submit”. Your submission will be reviewed and you will be contacted by the MCCAC with additional information on the next steps to participating in the program.
