Alberta Climate Leaders is an initiative that supports Alberta’s local governments in advancing practical, low‑carbon and climate‑resilient solutions. It provides municipal elected officials and staff with tools, research, and peer networks to help them plan, assess, and implement climate and energy actions tailored to their community’s needs. The program is delivered through a collaboration between the Community Energy Association and the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre, focusing on solutions that reduce emissions while strengthening local resilience and community well‑being.
