As part of the Municipal Energy Manager (MEM) Program, the County of St. Paul in partnership with the Town of St. Paul, Town of Elk Point and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay hired a Municipal Energy Manager that will benchmark municipal facilities, identify energy savings opportunities, and implement greenhouse gas emission reducing projects.
