As part of the Municipal Energy Manager (MEM) Program, a partnership of the Village of Donnelly, Town of Falher, MD of Smoky River, and Village of Girouxville partnered to hire a Municipal Energy Manager that will benchmark municipal facilities, identify energy savings opportunities, and implement greenhouse gas emission reducing projects.
