The Partners for Climate Protection (PCP) Program and Milestone Tool is a user-friendly, web-based resource that helps municipalities prepare GHG inventories, set targets, build action plans and track progress on implementation. This tool supports PCP member municipalities with their emissions management activities at each of the milestones. This program was created in 1994 and remains a useful tools for hundreds of municipalities across Canada.
