  • Town of Bassano – Bassano Recreation Complex and Joint Use Facility/Arena – Lighting Retrofit

    As part of the Action Centre’s Recreation Energy Conservation Program, the Town of Bassano completed an LED lighting retrofit throughout the Bassano Recreation Complex and Joint Use Facility/Arena.

  • City of Cold Lake – Ioniq 5 & John Deere Gator

    As part of the Action Centre’s Electric Vehicles for Municipalities (EVM) Program, the City of Cold Lake purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq 5 and an electric John Deere Gator TE. The Ioniq 5 will be used as a Community Peace Officer vehicle and the John Deere Gator will be used as by the parks department.

  • Town of Gibbons – EV Charging Stations

    As part of the Electric Vehicle Charging Program (EVCP), the Town of Gibbons now three new electric vehicle charging stations. Two are level 2 charging stations, and one is level 3 fast charging station. The new EV charging stations are located at three different locations throughout the Town and are all available for public use.

  • Town of St. Paul – John Deere Gator TE’s

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the Town of St. Paul purchased a new fully electric John Deere Gator TE. The Town received a $6,325.29 rebate for the project to help cover the roughly $21,000.00 purchase price.

  • Town of Vulcan – Electric Ice Resurfacer

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the Town of Vulcan purchased and received a $50,000.00 rebate to help cover the $167,000.00 cost of a new Olympia IceBear electric ice resurfacer. The new electric ice resurfacer will be used in the Vulcan and District Arena.

  • City of Leduc – Ford Escape PHEV

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the City of Leduc purchased, and received a $7,000.00 rebate to help offset the $41,199.00 cost for a new Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). The new Ford Escape will be used by the City’s safety codes officer, in the building and inspection services department.

  • Town of Canmore – Hyundai Kona’s & Chevy Bolt

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the Town of Canmore purchased three new fully electric vehicles to add to their municipal fleet. The Town received a total rebate of $42,000.00 ($14,000.00 per vehicle) for two new Hyundai Kona’s and Chevrolet Bolt.

  • Village of Mannville – FTR Electric Golf Carts

    The Village of Mannville took part in the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities (EVM) program by purchasing 14 new fully electric FTR golf carts, to be used at the municipal golf course. Through the EVM program, the Village received a $41,916.00 rebate to help offset the total project cost.

  • Town of Didsbury – Zamboni 450 EV

    The Town of Didsbury recently purchased a new electric Zamboni through the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities Program. The $50,000 rebate through the EVM Program made this a fiscally responsible decision.

  • City of Camrose – Olympia Millennium Model E

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the City of Camrose purchased a new Olympia Millenium electric ice resurfacer to add their fleet. The City received a total rebate of $49,350.00 for the new ice resurfacer.

  • Town of Taber – Electric Zamboni

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the Town of Taber received a new electric Zamboni to be used within their municipal recreation center. The Town received a total rebate of $42,405.00 for the new Zamboni.

  • City of Lethbridge – Ford E-Transit

    As part of the Electric Vehicles for Municipalities program the City of Lethbridge has purchased a Ford E-Transit cargo van. The City received $14,000 through the EVM program to help offset the purchase cost.
