Alberta Municipal Solar Program
Yellowhead County
As part of the MCCAC’s Alberta Municipal Solar Program (AMSP), Yellowhead County installed a 9.36 kW solar PV system on the roof of the Tipple Park Museum. The project was completed in June 2016.

Kneehill County
As part of the MCCAC’s Alberta Municipal Solar Program (AMSP), Kneehill County installed a 31.7 kW solar PV system on the roof of their Administration Building. The project was completed in October 2016.

Mountain View County
As part of the MCCAC’s Alberta Municipal Solar Program (AMSP), Mountain View County installed a 10.6 kW solar PV system on the roof of the Agricultural Services Shop. The project was completed in December 2016.

Wheatland County
As part of the MCCAC’s Alberta Municipal Solar Program (AMSP), Wheatland County installed a 60.2 kW solar PV system on the roof of their Administration Building. The project was completed in November 2016.

Northern Sunrise County
As part of the MCCAC’s Alberta Municipal Solar Program (AMSP), Northern Sunrise County installed a 20 kW solar PV system on the roof of the St. Isidore Fire Hall. The project was completed in November 2016.
TAME+
Wheatland County
As part of the MCCAC’s Taking Action to Manage Energy (TAME+) program, Wheatland County completed an energy efficiency retrofit of the Administration building. The project was completed in February 2018.
TAME
County of St. Paul
The County of St. Paul completed retrofitted their Public Workshop in 2014. The retrofit included a complete overhaul of the building's mechanical systems, a lighting retrofit, and replacement of all exterior overhead doors. The project is expected to save the County $19,797, 2,629 GJ of energy, and 162 tonnes of emissions annually.
Climate Resilience Express Pilot
Mackenzie County
Mackenzie County participated in a 1 day workshop with a team of climate resilience experts, led by All One Sky Foundation in collaboration with the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre to pilot the development of the Climate Resilience Express Action Kit.
Starland Solar Initiative
Starland County
Starland County collaborated with partners and suppliers to encourage community adoption of renewable energy by provided residents with an installation incentive for solar projects.The incentive was supported by the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre and Bullfrog Power.
